Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before engaging our elevator services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using NEXRISE's elevator services — including installation, maintenance, modernization, or repairs — you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the Republic of Ghana.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, designs, and materials on our website and service documentation are owned by NEXRISE Solution Limited and protected under applicable intellectual property laws of Ghana.

  • All materials are the exclusive property of NEXRISE Solution Limited
  • Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited
  • NEXRISE trademarks and branding may not be used without prior written permission
  • Content is for personal or authorised client use only

3. User Accounts

If you create an account for managing elevator service requests, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and any associated service agreements.

Important Notice

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all service requests submitted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services, website, or systems for any purpose other than legitimate elevator-related activities authorised by NEXRISE. The following are strictly prohibited:

Unauthorised access to or interference with elevator control systems
Tampering with, modifying, or bypassing installed elevator equipment
Submitting false service requests or misrepresenting project details
Violation of safety regulations, building codes, or ASME A17.1 standards
Obstructing or interfering with NEXRISE technicians during site work

5. Service Warranty

NEXRISE stands behind the quality of its work. All elevator installations are covered by a workmanship warranty of up to 10 years, subject to the terms of your individual service agreement. Warranty coverage applies to defects arising directly from our installation or maintenance work and does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, third-party interference, or structural deficiencies in the client's building.

Warranty terms vary by project type and scope. Please refer to your signed service agreement for specific coverage details applicable to your installation.

6. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are agreed upon in writing before any work begins. NEXRISE typically requires a deposit prior to installation commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and client sign-off. Invoices are payable within the period specified in your service agreement.

Late Payment

Late or outstanding payments may result in the suspension of ongoing maintenance services until the account balance is settled in full. NEXRISE reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with Ghanaian commercial law.

7. Client Safety Obligations

Clients are responsible for ensuring that NEXRISE technicians have safe, unobstructed access to all installation and maintenance sites. Any conditions that pose a risk to our team — including structural hazards, restricted access, or the presence of unauthorised personnel in work areas — must be communicated to NEXRISE before work commences.

Equipment Tampering Warning

Tampering with or modifying installed elevator equipment outside of a NEXRISE-authorised service engagement will immediately void your warranty and may constitute a safety violation under Ghanaian building regulations and ASME A17.1 standards.

8. Disclaimers

While NEXRISE takes every reasonable precaution to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality elevator services, we cannot guarantee outcomes in circumstances beyond our direct control.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Service timeline delays caused by supply chain disruptions or force majeure events
  • Equipment malfunctions arising from third-party manufacturing defects
  • Structural issues within the client's building that affect installation outcomes
  • Results that fall outside the scope of the agreed service specification

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, NEXRISE Solution Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from circumstances outside our direct control — including third-party equipment failures, structural deficiencies in the client's building, or force majeure events. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the relevant service agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NEXRISE Solution Limited harmless from any claims, damages, legal costs, or losses arising from your misuse of our services, breach of these terms, failure to follow safety guidelines provided during installation or maintenance, or any unauthorised modification of installed elevator equipment.

11. Termination

NEXRISE reserves the right to suspend or terminate service agreements immediately if a client violates these terms, interferes with our technicians during site operations, tampers with installed elevator equipment, or creates conditions that compromise the safety of our team or the building's occupants. Where possible, we will provide written notice prior to termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

13. Changes to Terms

NEXRISE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients directly via email or written correspondence.

Continuing to use our services after updated terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
